Our Returns & refunds, Shipping & delivery, and Cancellations & order changes policies form part of the terms applicable to your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of any provision below.
Orders, payment, and account information
Provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity. You must have legal capacity to place an order.
Prices, discounts, taxes, and any shipping charges are displayed before payment. A comparison price is not the amount paid or the amount refundable. Future changes to prices or policies do not change an accepted order's agreed terms.
We may refuse or cancel orders where necessary because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for items we do not supply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Product information and use
Read the product description and supplied instructions before use. Use products only as directed. Product appearance can vary slightly with screen settings, but this does not excuse supplying a materially different or misdescribed product.
Individual comfort and cosmetic experiences can vary. General product information is not individualized medical advice. This wording does not retract express product promises or limit rights when a product is defective, unsafe, or not as described. The 60-day trial allows normal use as explained in our return policy.

Do not interfere with security or operation, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent claims, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. Website content and branding are owned by Nuvana Health or used with permission; commercial copying or republication requires appropriate authorization, except where law permits it.
Reviews and communications
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not unlawfully disclose someone else's personal information. Submitting a review permits us to display it in connection with the reviewed product and service, subject to applicable rights and consent requirements. We do not restrict honest negative reviews or condition refunds on removing a review.

The website may use third-party payment, delivery, account, and other service providers. Their applicable terms may govern their own services. Their involvement does not remove Nuvana Health's obligations to you as the seller.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect commercial losses caused solely by interruptions to the website. This provision does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by a defective product, non-delivery, mandatory warranties, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not reduce the refund promise stated in our policies.
Resolving concerns
Contact help@shopnuvanahealth.com so we can investigate a concern. This support route does not prevent you from using a court, regulator, or payment-provider process available under applicable law, and does not suspend your filing deadlines. We may supply accurate order, shipment, policy, and communication records when responding to a payment dispute.
Changes and remaining terms
The terms and promises in effect when an order is placed apply to that order. Future updates will carry an effective date and will not retroactively reduce existing purchase rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. No provision changes mandatory legal protections.
